Timeshare is not a new idea. The idea of timeshare was started over forty years ago and is increasing in popularity it is now the fastest growing sector in the hospitality industry, which was worth $9 billion in 2002.   
 
There are several advantages to owning a timeshare over the more traditional holidays where families will book hotels in their chosen resort. Our timeshare accommodation offers privacy and all the comforts that you get in your own home, such as satellite TV, video, Hi-Fi system, kitchen with microwave, cooker and washing machine, dining table, spa bath, air conditioning and plenty of storage space.

Being a timeshare owner is better than buying your own property abroad because with the latter you can be committed to many expenses such as insurance, taxes and higher maintenance costs and your 'home away from home' will have no security while you are away. Most important, when you are a member with us, you are never restricted to one holiday resort, the same week year-after-year.
