Why Timeshare?
Timeshare is not a new idea.
The idea of timeshare was started over forty years ago and
is increasing in popularity it is now the fastest growing
sector in the hospitality industry, which was worth $9
billion in 2002.
There are several advantages to owning a timeshare over the
more traditional holidays where families will book hotels in
their chosen resort. Our timeshare accommodation offers
privacy and all the comforts that you get in your own home,
such as satellite TV, video, Hi-Fi system, kitchen with
microwave, cooker and washing machine, dining table, spa
bath, air conditioning and plenty of storage space.
Being a timeshare owner is better than buying your own
property abroad because with the latter you can be committed
to many expenses such as insurance, taxes and higher
maintenance costs and your 'home away from home' will have
no security while you are away. The biggest disadvantage of
buying your own home is that there is no flexibility and you
are restricted to where you can go, all your holidays will
be in the same location year after year. This is not the
case when you own a timeshare in one of our clubs.
We have two resorts, one in Malaga and
Fairways Club in Tenerife, we are also associated
with RCI where your timeshare weeks can be exchanged into
one of the more than four thousand resorts in the RCI
portfolio in nearly one hundred countries around the world.
Or you could join with RCI Points which enables you to make
more flexible exchanges into different seasons and unit
types. Just think, one year you can be relaxing on the
beaches of Malaga, Spain or laying by the poolside in
Tenerife, Canary Islands, and the next in the cool climates
of Alaska, or the hustle and bustle of some of the major
tourist areas around the world. Most important, when you are
a member with us, you are never restricted to one holiday
resort, the same week year-after-year. With RCI points your

that it inflation proofs your future holidays. Just think of
