To all the staff at Pueblo Evita,

We would both like to thank you all for making our 4 week stay so enjoyable once again. It is our 4th visit to the resort and from the time we arrived we could not have been made more welcome.

Sarah and Emil in reception were so helpful with any small problem being resolved quickly and the friendliness of all the resort staff made us feel at home.

In fact, we enjoy visiting Pueblo Evita so much that we have now become owners and look forward to visiting the resort again soon.

Dear Phil,

We are loyal to the resorts we love, going back year after year, and do not go gadding about all over the universe. I can think of no better place to be than in southern Spain, whatever the time of year. Apart from summer, David and I came in January last year, and now February next year, and we have also been in Pueblo Evita in March and April. I also brought Mum twice in October and once in November, and now we will be there this year in December. That does not leave too many months in the year when we have not been at the Costs del Sol. Surely, that has to say everything, and how much we love Pueblo Evita?

You keep a good ship Phil, and I know that, because of this, we are not the only “regulars” who keep coming back year after year. You have a great staff, including maids, maintenance men who act so promptly on the odd occasion that we have a problem, and gardeners, and they are all so friendly. Their English puts our Spanish to shame! Your Reception staff is lovely, in particular Sarah and Emil, and also Ramon, so our thanks, please, to them for their help and warm welcome – we very much appreciate it. The Sales reps too have always been helpful and not “pushy” and we have valued their input and also their non-intrusion into our holiday.

I am glad that security has been tightened at the Resort, and we always feel safe in “our” apartment. Last but definitely not least, you have an absolute treasure in Marga, as I’m sure you know. She puts us in 1301 whenever possible – no mean feat, I am sure!

I am the first to criticise, as David will tell you, but I believe in praise when praise is due. I consider everyone on the resort as friends, and it is such a nice feeling that once we arrive, then we are home, so our heartfelt thanks to all. Please feel free to publish our comments in order to promote the Resort.

I cannot end without a mention of José. I think that he is doing a sterling job of taking on the running of the Clubhouse, and we wish him well. We were very pleased to see that he stayed until the end of the evening, rather than leave it to female (vulnerable) staff to lock up. His entertainment programme was good, in particular, Ian Jacks and Michelle. Personally, we do not like karaoke, but we know that a lot of people do, and this is only one evening in the week, so we are not complaining. Quite the reverse, so maybe you will pass on our comments Phil.

I have rambled on as usual so now I must close. We both send our love and very best wishes.

I am writing to thank you for a wonderful holiday. Myself and my wife are both in our fifties and we have a 10 year old son, We all rate it as our best holiday ever. Everyone at Pueblo Evita was so helpful and cheerful and all members of staff said Hola with a smile. We felt like members of a family club, We hope to come back

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the lovely letter after we arrived home from a great holiday. The resort is as fantastic as ever and the care from your staff makes it A1.

A big thank you to Sarah on reception for taking care of all our needs. The cleaners are excellent and keep the apartment lovely. It was nice to see some of the old faces on the Saturday when we arrived getting the apartment ready for us.

We have now booked 2 apartments on the 14th June next year, our own and another 2 bed. On the 15th we have booked the other 3 bed as we are bringing a lot of our family next year. We look forward to seeing you all then. The football will be on next June, we had a break this year.

Glad to see you all still there.

Dear Phil,

Just a line to say thank you to you and your staff. Once again we had a great time. As usual our apartment and the complex were spotless.

We love coming to Pueblo Evita as everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We visited the Clubhouse many times during our stay and were very impressed with Jose and his new team.

Just a few words to say thank you to Sarah on reception who went out of her way to help us when we arrived. I am in a wheelchair and had been told that there was no problem with the resort that RCI would inform them. Well as you will remember they hadn’t.

Sarah went out of her way to get us into an apartment on a lower floor. I would also like to thank Alison and Wendy who also went out of their way to help.

Once again thank you for making what could have been a disaster into a good holiday.

The reception staff was the friendliest and most helpful we have met on holidays.

My wife, myself, and family members recently took a weeks holiday in Pueblo Evita. I would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided with the booking arrangements, which were dealt with in a very professional manner.

I would also like to comment on the resort, and the services that we received. The young lady in reception was very nice, and welcoming, and we found all of the staff that we came into contact with were the same. The apartment was also very nice, clean and tidy- in fact we had no complaints whatsoever.

Its very gratifying in this day and age to received such excellent service, and it gives me much pleasure to be able to write to you, and inform you of the same. We will most certainly return to Pueblo Evita.
